Terms of use

These terms govern your use of the gnomon site atgnomon-site.web.app. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Operator

The site is operated by Inverant (“we”, “us”).

Informational purpose

The site describes gnomon and its intended uses. Pricing, availability, features, and delivery dates are indicative and may change; nothing on the site is an offer capable of acceptance. The hosted API and private deployments are provided only under a separate written agreement. We do not promise any service level for the site itself.

Acceptable use

You must not:

Intellectual property

The site, its text, plates, diagrams, design, and marks are owned by Inverant or its licensors. You may view the site and print pages for personal reference. No other licence is granted, and the gnomon name and marks may not be used without written permission.

Submissions

Do not send confidential or sensitive information through the waitlist or enquiry form. You grant us permission to use your submission to respond to you and operate the waitlist. Personal data is handled as described in our privacy notice.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that it will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or error-free, or that it will meet your requirements.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Our aggregate liability arising from the site is limited to the greater of USD 100 or the amount you paid us for the site in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at Inverant’s place of establishment. The courts of that place have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top will change, and continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
